    Dr. Nelly is highly educated and experienced, completed her undergraduate education at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) where she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychobiology with highest honors.  Prior to that, she graduated from the School of Arts where she studied extensively classical sculptures, history of arts as well as paintings and design including hands on artistic experience in painting, graphics, sculpture and design.
